Thank you for considering us for the funeral service of your loved one. We hope you are managing as well as possible during this difficult time.
A funeral service at St. Mary’s is an opportunity to celebrate and honor your loved one’s life, reflecting on all they meant to you and others. We will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.
Funeral arrangements are typically made through a local undertaker. The service can be held at the church, followed by cremation at either Flintshire (Northop) or Chester (Blacon) Crematoriums, or burial in one of the local cemeteries. Alternatively, the service may take place entirely at a crematorium.
If desired, we can also assist with the burial of your loved one’s ashes at a later date, whether shortly after or long after the cremation service.
Your funeral officiant, usually the Reverend or a member of the Mission Area Shared Ministry Team, will contact the family representative soon after being informed of the funeral. They will visit you before the service to help personalize it to reflect your loved one’s life. In the lead-up to the service and afterwards, we will continue to keep you and your family in our prayers.

We hope and pray that you are keeping as well as can be expected as this time.
